Michael Morris

CEO

Michael is leading the union under the merged brand of The Food Hall Co. — between CANAdev’s development and leasing skillset with the Food Hall Co.’s operational strengths — to create a best-in- class food hall team. The Food Hall Co. provides small businesses a platform to establish and thrive as the heartbeat of the communities they serve.

Prior to founding CANAdev, Michael was a Partner at The Cordish Company, where he was integrally involved in the development and leasing of The Power & Light District in Kansas City, Seminole Paradise in Hollywood, FL, and 4th Street Live!, an entertainment district in Louisville, KY.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Yale University. Michael is married with 3 children and is currently splitting his time between Plano, TX, and Baltimore, MD.

Jessica Keller

COO

Jessica Keller is a Texas native that hails from San Antonio and graduated from St. Edwards University in Austin with a BA. Jessica brings over 15 ½ years of experience at Whole Foods Market to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Food Hall Co. Most recently, she served as Regional Vice President of the Southwest region for almost four years, where she was responsible for the operational and financial execution of all 47 stores, which included retail locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Kulsoom Klavon

VP of Curation

Kulsoom has 25+ years of food and beverage experience in the restaurant, retail, entertainment, travel & leisure, and hospitality sectors, across public Fortune 500 and privately held organizations.

She has worked in R&D with renowned chefs throughout her career. Kulsoom was featured in Nation’s Restaurant News as one of the top 50 R&D culinarians in the country. Her primary focus is on engaging culinary experts who are passionate about turning each meal into an experience. Kulsoom holds a BA and MBA from Cornell University and has lived and traveled all over the world.

Betty Guerra

Chief of Staff

Betty Guerra is a Texas native, born and raised in Houston but is now living in Austin and Plano. Betty has over 20 years of experience supporting C-level Executives with strategic initiatives, project planning, and even served under Jessica Keller, our COO, for two years at Whole Foods Market Southwest Region.
