Joe is a 25+ year executive who has held C-level and board positions where he led and managed public & private companies.  Joe has experience in various industries that have encompassed hospitality, real estate, private equity, entertainment and technology.

Joe has also been responsible for the design & development of award-winning projects across the US.  Joe holds a BS in Commerce, a Masters in Economics, as well as an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

David Daniels

Senior Vice President Marketing

David is a 20+ year veteran marketing executive with success leading some of the world’s best-selling brands. He brings a strong mix of marketing and sales experience in consumer products, QSR, hospitality, retail and e-commerce with a consistent record of revitalizing stagnant and declining brands.

David has managed some of the most iconic brands in the US and delivered award winning campaigns for brands like Stella Artois, Michelob Ultra, Bud Light and Pizza Hut. David holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.

Kulsoom Klavon

Vice President Curation

Kulsoom has 25+ years of food and beverage experience in the restaurant, retail, entertainment, travel & leisure, and hospitality sectors, across public Fortune 500 and privately held organizations.

She has worked in R&D with renowned chefs throughout her career. Kulsoom was featured in Nation’s Restaurant News as one of the top 50 R&D culinarians in the country. Her primary focus is on engaging culinary experts who are passionate about turning each meal into an experience. Kulsoom holds a BA and MBA from Cornell University and has lived and traveled all over the world.

Blake Mullenix


Blake has been working in the restaurant industry since 2012. Blake joined the Front Burner finance team working on Twin Peaks, Velvet Taco, and other Front Burner concepts before beginning full-time at The Food Hall Co. Blake’s career has been focused on identifying operational efficiencies across all disciplines of food & beverage, as well as being an integral part of investment decisions. Blake holds a BS in Business Administration, Economics & Strategy and Organization & Human Resources from the Olin Business School at Washington University.
